Accessing your client portal
Every active Solagon client gets access to a portal at portal.solagon.com — that's where your monthly reports, project updates, and account information live.
Signing in
Once your account is set up, you'll receive an email invitation from Clerk (our auth provider) with a link to set your password. After that, you can sign in any time at portal.solagon.com using either:
- Your email + password, or
- A magic link sent to your email
If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
What you'll find inside
Your portal includes:
- Reports — monthly performance reports for any service we run for you (website analytics, paid ads, SEO, etc.)
- Account — your contact details, team members on the account, and password settings
- Project status (when applicable) — current state of any in-progress builds
I never received an invitation
Check your spam folder first — Clerk's invitations sometimes land there on first delivery. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, submit a ticket with your email address and we'll resend it.
I can't sign in
The most common cause is that the email you're trying to use isn't the one we have on file. If you're sure the email is right, try the password reset flow. If that still doesn't work, submit a ticket and we'll help.
