Inviting teammates to your portal
If you'd like additional people on your team to have access to your Solagon client portal — to view monthly reports, see project status, or download deliverables — you can invite them at any time.
How to invite
- Sign in to portal.solagon.com
- Go to Account → Team
- Click Invite teammate
- Enter their email address and pick a role (see below)
- They'll receive an email invitation to set up their own login
Available roles
Owner — Full access to everything in the workspace, plus the ability to invite or remove teammates and update billing details. Each workspace has at least one Owner; we recommend having two so the account isn't blocked if one person leaves.
Member — Can view all reports, projects, and deliverables, but can't invite teammates or change billing. Use this for anyone on your team who needs to see the work but doesn't manage the relationship.
Removing access
If someone leaves your company or no longer needs access, an Owner can remove them from Account → Team by clicking the menu next to their name and choosing "Remove access." Their session is invalidated immediately.
Changing the primary contact
If you need to transfer the primary contact for the account to a different person — say someone new is taking over the relationship — submit a ticket and we'll update our records and your point-of-contact for outreach.
